USPS "Priority Mail" means first class mail and the 2 business days quoted is not a guarantee by the post office. We will gladly grant a refund if the product is returned within 30 days in the same condition as received. Item must be unused and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount unless we made a mistake on your order, for example if the wrong item was sent.
- Perishable goods such as food
- Used feeders of any type
- Magazines or books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take more than a few days depending upon your method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your charged account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com
Refunds for orders marked as gifts may be credited to the to gift giver's account. Credits will be issued to the card account used by the gift giver for the original gift purchase.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, contact the gift giver so that he or she may request the return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a return shipping label to use when shipping back your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please verify your shipping address before processing your order, and review again when we send your order confirmation, as the cost of rerouting your shipment or sending it to you a second time will be your responsibility.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com so that we may email you a return shipping label to use when shipping your item back.
If we did not make an error on your order, you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping label. Your initial shipping costs are always non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping charges you paid will not be included.
