How do I contact Customer Service?

Website: Message Customer Support via the form located at Contact Customer Support.

Phone: For phone support, use the Contact Us form to let us know the best time to call you, along with the phone number to use.

>Note: We answer emails personally and do not have 24/7 coverage.  We do however check for them frequently and make every effort to answer you as soon as possible.  Depending when your question is picked up your answer could come as soon as right away, and not more than 24 hours.  

Can I order an item and send it as a gift to another address?

Yes, enter or edit the customer information to be the name and address of your gift recipient.  Then after entering your payment information, check the button in front of 'Use a different billing address' and populate with your billing address information.  You may then place your order and it will ship to your gift recipient and bill to you.


Can I use my Birdertown Account to store mailing addresses for gift recipients as well my own information?

Yes, use your address book to store addresses for yourself and any people who may receive gift orders from you.

Where do I find discount codes and how do I use them?

If there is a current discount code available to you, it would be featured as a promotion on the home page.  We also occasionally offer exclusive discounts to our Facebook followers, so you can visit our Facebook page to see if there are any recent postings of discount offers.

To use a discount code:
During the checkout process - In your order summary on the right side of the screen, where asked "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it" simply click and enter the code in the box. (It is case sensitive, be sure to capitalize.)

My birdhouse was damaged in transit. Can I exchange it or return it for a refund?

Yes.  Please see detailed instructions on our Returns Policy page.  Please note, some restrictions apply for returning non-defective items.

 Where's my order?

If you would like an update on your order, please email customer service at orders@birdertown.com.  We will check the current status and provide you with a tracking number.

 I'm having problems completing my product order. Who do I talk to?

Send an email to orders@birdertown.com or use the form on the Contact Us page and we'll help you troubleshoot the issue.  Emails are answered within 24 hours.  If you would prefer we call you, be certain to include your contact phone number and the best time to call in your email.


Does Birdertown ship to locations outside the United States?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
