catch tray problem

this hardware supplied did not thread into the bird feeder I bought at the same time (Aspects ten-perch thistle feeder). I had to cut some rubber, fashion a block with a a nut in it, and use washers and a bolt from my shop. The plastic bold supplied was too short.
